PAYMENT METHOD

Hi Customers,

Once submitting your order through the Online Order Form, you will received an email from us regarding the availability of your chosen product(s) including the method of payment.

Our method of payment is by online bank transfer or by cash deposit.

ONLINE BANK TRANSFER
  • If you opted for online bank transfer, please remember to key in our email address (orlissta@gmail.com) in the recipient's email address text box.
  • Email us the SUCCESSFUL bank transfer receipt to: orlissta@gmail.com
You can save/print the bank transfer receipt page by clicking the Print Screen tab on your keyboard, open up your Paint Software (in your computer Accessories folder), click on the paste button, save it in JPEG format and lastly email it to us.

CASH DEPOSIT MACHINE

For those who prefers to bank in the money through a cash deposit machine, please snap a picture of your receipt and email to us the picture at orlissta@gmail.com

DETAILS IN THE EMAIL

Please provide the following particulars in the email together with the attached payment receipt:
  1. Full Name
  2. Complete Delivery Address (Postal service required signature upon delivery, so please make sure there will be somebody that can receive your parcel)
  3. Contact No (Preferably mobile no)
Dont worry, all of these details will be tabulated properly in our email. So, you just need to reply to our email (DO NOT COMPOSE NEW EMAIL).
    DELIVERY & RATE

    We will immediately process your order for delivery upon receiving payment from you.
    However, deliveries will only be made every WEDNESDAYS and SATURDAYS!!

    Our delivery charges will be a flat rate of RM7 regardless the weight of the parcel. This flat rate is valid within Malaysia only (including Sabah and Sarawak). So we encourage you to order more than one product or simply combine your order with friends to save on the delivery cost!
